Since 2019 Thomas Krempke has been working on the photographic-literary long-term project "Ëndërr! - On Trying to Become Albanian." For this project he received a grant from the Landis & Gyr Foundation. "Ëndërr" is Albanian and means dream, meaning the dream of leaving and travelling, in both directions, their dream of migration and ours, the touristic one. Where these two dreams cross, the project "Ëndërr!" explores the world of imagination and images.
